Cost for travel missions is usually about $800, however this year the cost could be closer to $1500 per young person under the age of 25. Most of this cost is for the tuition with Catholic Heart Work Camp. Also we will be flying and will rent vans, covering the cost of fuel. The adults' costs are absorbed by the teen missionaries. The deposit for this trip is $200 per participant under the age of 25. Deposits can be made on the payment form below. Young adults are invited on this trip as well and they serve in groups with other young adults while on mission! Please submit documents as soon as possible and no later than February 1st.
The application form asks that you:
Participate in the Youth Ministry Program 60% of the time.
Treat your fellow teen and adult Missionaries with respect.
Serve those in need representing yourself, your family, and SS. Peter & Paul Parish.
Submit all paperwork, deposits and payments on time.
Participate in the 60% of fundraising events that are held in support of all missionaries.
Daily Mass and experiences of community and spiritual enrichment are included in the adventure.

To attend this service trip young people must be in the age range of incoming High School freshman to graduated senior and above! Adults will be needed to chaperone and to drive. And it is required that all missionaries participate in Youth Ministry and in fundraising. And you will be required to fill out an application as part of the process. Commitment is important and the team depends on you. (Note in years passed late additions have been allowed. Due to the nature of a fly mission, late additions will be very challenging! Please submit forms and payments on time and plan to be involved in fundraising efforts from the beginning. This helps the whole group!)
Fundraising:
If anyone gets donations specifically for them, it will be noted in a separate account and designated for that specific missionary and that amount then helps lower the overall cost for everyone!

Register by filling out the form below and paying the $200 Deposit by 10/13/24.
Also be sure to fill out the permission form and if you are an adult over the age of 18 please fill out the chaperone form and turn it in by 1/15/25.

Note: the cost of this trip is $1500 so after you make your deposit payment, you are expected to help fundraise the rest of the amount by participating in the fundraisers that Youth Ministry offers. Any remaining balance due on June 1st will need to be paid on behalf of your missionary!
