NCYC Roster 2025

Schedule
Arrive November 20th by 6PM - We will fly
Lunch and Dinner while we travel on the 20th
Breakfast at house/hotel, pack lunch and eat out dinner on the 21st and 22nd
Breakfast and Lunch while we travel on Sunday the 23rd
Bring money for eating out for dinner on 2 nights.
Bring spending money for any merch you might want...
Tuition $310 by April 30th $335 after May 1st
Housing – Airbnb $125 per person Due by October 15th. House is 10 minutes from the convention center and 30 minutes to the airport. (this we hope to fundraise!)
Transportation – Pay your own ticket to Fly (we will book flights on Southwest in July)
Food- $30 for preordered lunches and breakfast we will shop for upon arrival, plus money for eating out 2 dinners ($30 per person per meal)
Fundraising:
We will try to fundraise the cost of the Airbnb and $200 for each of the chaperones.
We will try to have friends and family support our food budget by contributing with donations, etc. (Goal: $2500)
To be added to the roster please pay the $125 deposit for each person in your family ASAP. Then each family will make a payment plan with Nancy
Please fill out a permission form for each teen attending, a chaperone form for each adult that is attending (Must be safe environment) and please fill out a waiver and a driver form. Each attendee will also fill out a waiver on line for NCYC and that link will be sent electronically.
