Assist a Family

How Does it Work? 
 

• You determine the size of the family you want to help
• You fill out the form below (anytime before Nov. 27th)
• We assign a family and provide a specific wish list
• You purchase a Grocery Gift Card and gifts or giftcards
• You deliver to their home or agency

What you would provide:
· $100 Grocery Gift Card for the family to help with meals
· One clothing item per member of the family (~$40 value) or giftcard
· One gift or toy item per family member (~$40 value) or giftcard

The cost to adopt a family of 4 is approximately $400. You may want to consider sharing this task with another group or family. (We can partner you with another group or family if you can’t find someone to share the task.)

How are the Families selected?

The families we will be helping are truly in need. Some of them are the “working poor”, those who barely make ends meet each month, while others rely completely on federal and state assistance. Our families this year will be referred to us from our parish staff, the Prosper Placer program, and other local agencies.

Some of these families may be receiving assistance from other organizations, but as we know, this is the time of year when everyone is generous.
 

When Will I Be Matched?

Once you submit the form below, you will be matched with a family in need as soon possible. You will receive specific information about the family via email. You will need to deliver the gifts in person or to the agency before Dec. 13th unless arranged otherwise.  If the family you are helping prefers to remain anonymous, you will be instructed as to the details regarding delivery.

All of the families have been assigned for 2024!
